Ten past eight in the morning. Two homecare workers are here – both new – Stephanie and Jemmiemay (sp?). Not a lot of sleep last night. I was awake from one to five. At about 1:30 I heard a bump. He was trying to get to the bathroom. I helped him, changed his nappies, put him to bed again.
