{"id":117,"date":"2017-05-01T13:02:00","date_gmt":"2017-05-01T20:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesjohnston.allansplace.ca\/?p=117"},"modified":"2023-03-18T16:22:26","modified_gmt":"2023-03-18T23:22:26","slug":"brain-tumour","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesjohnston.allansplace.ca\/index.php\/2017\/05\/01\/brain-tumour\/","title":{"rendered":"brain tumour"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Now at Chilliwack hospital with Aizlynn.\u00a0 She and I have been going back and forth from the hospital to various places.\u00a0 I picked her up from the King George SkyTrain station yesterday morning.\u00a0 It seems like a few days as so many things have happened since then.<\/p>\n<p>I drove in to Rosedale Saturday evening and met Laura at Father\u2019s house.\u00a0 Visiting hours were over at 8PM, so we went right away and saw him.\u00a0 I did not recognize him.\u00a0 He was thin, with thin white hair, thin hollow face, and withered body.\u00a0 It took a while to wake him up.\u00a0 His left eye was droopy and didn\u2019t open well.\u00a0 It seemed he had a stroke.\u00a0 I\u2019d learn later that he in fact didn\u2019t have a stroke. \u00a0It was in fact a tumour with swelling that was pushing against his brain.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Now at Chilliwack hospital with Aizlynn.\u00a0 She and I have been going back and forth from the hospital to various places.\u00a0 I picked her up from the King George SkyTrain station yesterday morning.\u00a0 It seems like a few days as so many things have happened since then.
